- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One user, one account; creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral or points system is prohibited.
- We may suspend or delete an account for violating these Terms.
4. Meme Coin & Financial Disclaimer
$KBG and KobyGen are an entertainment meme project. No content on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are high-risk and volatile; you may lose all funds invested. Always do your own research (DYOR). You make all decisions at your own risk.
5. In-App Points & Tokens
Points, levels, clicker rewards and in-app $KBG credits on the Site are virtual entertainment elements. They carry no guaranteed monetary value, may change, reset or be revoked at our discretion, and create no obligation to pay out except as explicitly stated in specific features (e.g. withdrawals), which may also be subject to limits and conditions.
6. User Content
By uploading images to the gallery, posting chat messages or submitting the contact form, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal, fraudulent or abusive content, hate speech, spam or advertising.
- Uploading malicious code, hacking attempts, bypassing security or rate limits.
- Impersonation, manipulating the referral/points system, or using bots.
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
8. Intellectual Property
The KobyGen brand, characters, comics, artwork and source code belong to the project or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them commercially without written permission.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party resources (exchanges, social media, pump.fun, etc.). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or actions.
10. Privacy
We process the minimum necessary data (login, email, IP for security, activity). Data is used to operate the Site and is not sold to third parties. By using the Site, you consent to this processing.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of funds, data or profit arising from your use of the Site.
12. Changes & Termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any features at any time without prior notice.

- HYPE rankings and Coin of the Day picks reflect community votes and memes — not investment, trading, or financial advice.
- KobyGen does not endorse any coin, exchange, or trading direction shown on HYPE.
- We are not responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make based on HYPE content.
